The Lawrence University Student Democrats, often shortened as LU Dems, is a group of passionate young students who volunteer in political events and have fun making a difference. We discuss politics and often welcome special guests, such as elected officials and candidates. We have met Governor Tony Evers, Lieutenant Governor Sara Rodriguez, Assemblywoman Lee Snodgrass, Alderperson Kris Alfheim, and many more to come. We also work closely with the Outagamie County Democratic Party to organize and participate in events, such as fundraisers, phonebanking, and canvassing. Wisconsin needs young Democratic voices, and we're endlessly proud to be a part of the movement.
